We work from Monday to Friday. Our busiest days are Thursdays and Fridays and we give special consideration for weekly and biweekly customers on those days. However, we’ll place other recurring and one-time cleanings on those days if our schedule permits.
We do our best to arrive when we tell you we will. However, we ask for your patience and understanding. The cleaning of a home is more of an art than a science. We may be late or early for your cleaning depending on how long it took us to finish cleaning the previous houses or how traffic and the condition of the roads were in the city.
Just like you, our other clients also want quality workmanship and that is our first priority. We have in our files the times that you have indicated are acceptable for service. We make every effort to set our cleaning times within those parameters.
We ask that you be available during those times or to give us a notice the morning before the scheduled service of any times that you will not be available. The schedule for cleaning service is generally finalized midday of the day before, or on Friday for Monday cleanings. After the schedules were made and the customers have been called, it is difficult to change schedules.
We understand that there will be times that you must cancel a cleaning service. Vacation is a common reason for canceling the service. We also realize that things come up with less than ample notice for you, and, accordingly, for us.
We ask that you give us as much notice of cancellations as possible. All cancellations should be made by calling the office. At least a week would be great for planned cancellations, as that will allow us to schedule other cleanings. Customers who have excess cancellations drive up the cost of providing cleaning services.
Rescheduling for a single cleaning
We’ll make every effort to reschedule a missed cleaning (or an entire schedule sometimes) for the customer's convenience. However, changing a defined schedule, while keeping the same times on the new days, may not be possible because of conflicting schedules with other clients.

We currently serve a core area of Western Kansas City from midtown south and Johnson County cities, including Leawood, Overland Park, Shawnee, Prairie Village, Lenexa, Olathe, Roeland Park, Merriam, Fairway, Mission, Lake Quivira, Mission Hills, and Mission Woods.
If you're a recurring service customer with a regular schedule, we offer fixed flat rates for cleaning services. These rates are based roughly on the expected time it takes to clean the home and the applicable rate. We reserve the right to review any flat rate if the cleaning time consistently runs longer or shorter than the expected time.
We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit or debit cards. Payment is due at the time of cleaning for all flat rate jobs. If you're paying by check for a flat rate job, please leave a check in the appropriate amount for the cleaners.
If the job is billed hourly, payment is due upon invoice. If you wish to pay for an hourly bid job at the time of cleaning, have the cleaners call the office for a pricing. If you wish to pay on other terms, please contact the office to arrange the terms.
