Rate Per Man Hour*

General Cleaning Services

*All charges are per cleaner per hour. The teams of cleaners usually consist of two to three people. All rates are subject to a $125 minimum charge.

Cancellation and lockout policy: The schedules for the next day are usually set and in place by 1:00 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning. If you need to skip a rotation or change a scheduled cleaning, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so that we can try to fill your spot on the schedule.

If you fail to contact the office to cancel a cleaning before the schedules are completed, or we show up at your house and cannot gain access to the house through no fault of ours, then you will be charged a $35.00 cancellation or lockout fee.
