Rate Per Man Hour*

*All charges are per cleaner per hour. The teams of cleaners usually consist of two to three people. All rates are subject to a $110 minimum charge.

*The assessment of excess debris, personal items, and trash will be made by the crew leader in charge at the location. We do not provide garbage bags, or the removal of debris, trash, and personal items from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse to clean a job that has excess trash and debris. We're not responsible for personal items left at the job by the customer.
